When you educate a girl, everything changes. Her health, status, income, and entire future changes for the better, and she’ll go on to educate her family and community.

It’s so important for girls to have the opportunity to finish secondary school. But in order to truly impact a girl’s life and break the cycle of poverty in her community, it's necessary to think more broadly about the reasons girls have been excluded from education for so long.

Onegirl understand that a traditional school setting isn’t for everyone, and that even an educated girl can struggle to find employment if there isn't anything available to her. That’s why ONEGIRL have designed their programs by girls, for girls, both in and out of the classroom. They aim to support girls every step of the way.
